Fully renovated, low maintenance studio apartment, located atop Monument Hill with stunning views overlooking the port city. Reverse cycle air-conditioning, washing machine, luxury bed/mattress, fully-appointed modern kitchen and everything else required to have a comfortable stay is provided.

Other things to note

 

The apartment is designed for up to two people to enjoy everything that Fremantle has to offer. It is located in a residential building so noise levels must be reasonable.

Monument Hill, located immediately to the rear of the apartment, is a fantastic space to exercise, picnic or just relax with a book.

The apartment is registered with the City of Fremantle for “Short Term Accommodation” and there is free parking for one vehicle located on-site.

HOUSE RULES

  • Check-in is anytime after 2PM
  • Check out by 10AM
  • Self check-in with keypad

The apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.

Rubbish must me placed in the outside bins.

All dishes must be washed and put away.

The beds can be left for the cleaner to strip and the towels left in the ensuite.

We appreciate your assistance regarding these matters.

Charges will be incurred for extra cleaning.

Must climb stairs – There are 8 steps to climb to access the lift (on the first floor), which will take you to the top floor.

CANCELLATIONS

 

Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund.  Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
